There are 6 online classes each week, a description each one can be found below.

 

All classes and access to recordings available for 3 weeks,  £25 per month.

Drop in option for £3.50.  

 

We are practicing online , which allows you the comfort and security of your home environment , it also means that I am not able to observe or assist you.  I will provide clear guidance to ensure you understand safe practice , but bear in mind that we are individuals , different shapes and sizes , work with your limitations, don't fight them.   

 

If you have any particular issues , I am more than happy to talk on the phone or we can have a 15 min zoom , please just get in touch. 

 

Treat yourself to a decent mat , it really does make a difference . You can use belts , blocks , bolsters , props are there to support and help , they are not cheating ! Most classes will include savasana , so you may wish to have a blanket to hand . Above all the classes are meant to be enjoyed , to benefit you inside and out , so whatever it takes is ok .

 

If you would like a private class for yourself or a small group , please get in touch .

Monday , 9.15 - 10.15 am , Spine Unwind    Lots of twist - a class focussing on opening and releasing the spine , a perfect 

energising start to your week . 

 

Tuesday , 10.15 - 11.00 am , Hatha    A more static class, yoga belts , blocks and often a small amount of wall space will be used .

We will concentrate on opening the shoulders and hips , leaving you feeling balanced and relaxed.

 

Tuesday , 7.15 - 8.30 pm , Yin    A slow class working on the body's connective tissue , helping to release holding patterns and quieten the mind .

The class includes 15 minutes of meditation or guided relaxation.

 

Wednesday , Chair Yoga , 11.15 - 12.15 pm   We use a chair as our prop . The class focuses on awareness of balance and stability .

Thursday  , Relaxation and Meditation   A class tailored to your inner insomniac. Postures , breathing and guided relaxation  combine to release your body and quieten your mind .

Friday , Gentle Yoga , 12.15 - 1.15 pm   Suitable for everyone . A perfect end to your week of yoga , we may  do some Face Yoga , Chi Kung , Mindfulness Techniques , Yin ,  just turn up and enjoy .

 

Trisha, has a unique and intrinsic knowledge of physical and emotional wellbeing. As a shiatsu practitioner with over 20 years experience , she has a thorough understanding of the body , how stress and illness impact it , and how to use bodywork or yoga to release and support it.

Trisha began her training with the Shiatsu School Manchester , as the knowledge she gained began to influence her  yoga practice she was inspired to train as a yoga teacher with The British Wheel of Yoga. Wanting to  further developed her love of meditation she gained a Post Grad Diploma in teaching mindfulness at Bangor University.

 

Trisha's classes and her private work embody her knowledge of internal dynamics, mindfulness techniques and 5 Element Theory . She  works with individuals who wish to address issues such as posture , anxiety, and many chronic health issues. She has also worked with large corporations, such as Price Waterhouse Cooper, Carillion, Manchester City Council and Adidas.
